Premium Travel Services

If you want to step off the plane and forget every care in the world, this is the plan for you. We will take care of every detail of your trip. Here’s how the process works:

First, we’ll have a conversation via email where you’ll answer questions about you and your travel companions because this trip is all about you and we want you to have an amazing and seamless experience. We’ll ask about things like your budget, your overall desires for your trip, your general interests like hiking or museums, how ambitious you are for packing in the sights or simply relaxing in a gorgeous setting. We want to turn your Italy dream vacation into reality.

Once we feel we have a good idea of what you’re looking for, we’ll send you our proposed general itinerary to make sure that we are all on the same page. We hope you will say, “they nailed it!” But if we need to talk about things further or make a few changes until we get it just right. Once this is completed, you’ll have all the bones of the trip.

Then we get into the fine details that really make the trip. We’ll arrange all of your transfers, starting with airport pickup and everything along the way. We’ll begin booking exactly the kind of accommodations you’ve always dreamed of, whether that’s a charming farmhouse, a luxury villa, 5-star resort, or a tiny, tucked away bed and breakfast. Then we get into our favorite part—eating and drinking! Whatever region(s) you visit, one of the greatest delights of visiting Italy is the food and wine. Based on the preferences we previously discussed we will recommend the most famous foods and wines of the regions  (and/or book for you) restaurants, cafes, wineries (including tours of the winery), wine bars, and even specialty food producers (often including tours of the facilities) and cooking classes.

Before you leave for your trip, we will provide you with a handy checklist of important things to keep in mind along with pertinent general travel information and destination information… the practical stuff like insurance, local customs, some helpful phrases, and maps. We’ll also send you a full written itinerary that includes absolutely everything, all the details of your trip for each and every day. It will include dates and times of hotels, all your transfers, any activities we’ve booked for you, dinner reservations and maps to help you get everywhere you want to go. We’ll set up a Skype or other video call to go over all this information with you before you leave. And while you’re on your trip you will have access to 24/7 support to help you with anything you might need or want. Let’s get started!

Standard Travel Services

This option is for travelers who are pretty comfortable with international travel already but want a few of our awesome insider extras thrown into the mix. We will take care of booking your accommodations and transfers along with one outing/tour/class per day, as well as one restaurant booking per day. We will, of course, in addition, offer you our best recommendations so you can plan the remainder of each of your days to your heart’s content.

We want to turn your next vacation into reality.

Once we feel we have a good idea of what you’re looking for, we’ll send you our proposed general itinerary to make sure that we are all on the same page. We’ll begin booking exactly the kind of accommodations you’ve always dreamed of, whether that’s a charming farmhouse, a luxury villa, 5-star resort, or a tiny, tucked away bed and breakfast or other needs like accessibility, all based on our previous discussions about your budget and personal preferences. At the standard rate, we send only accommodations with availability for your dates of travel, so it’s important that you’ve already booked your flight dates. We do not book air travel but are happy to point you to some amazing resources for self-booking or booking with a travel agent.

Then we get into our favorite part—eating and drinking! Whatever region(s) you visit, one of the greatest delights of visiting Italy (in our not so humble opinion) is the food and wine. Based on the preferences we previously discussed we will book one restaurant/wine bar per day and one event/outing and recommend to you the most famous foods and wines of the regions, restaurants, cafes, wineries, wine bars, and even specialty food producers and cooking classes.

Before you leave for your trip, we will provide you with a handy checklist of important things to keep in mind along with pertinent general travel information and destination information… the practical stuff like insurance, local customs, some helpful phrases, and what maps will be useful for you. We’ll also send you a full written itinerary that includes absolutely everything, all the details of your trip for each and every day. It will include confirmation of dates and times of hotels, all your transfers, any activities we’ve booked for you, dinner reservations. We’ll set up a phone call to go over all this information with you before you leave. Let’s get started!
