If you don’t know who’s behind Eataly NYC, I rather wonder how much of a “professional” anything you are.

And if you do know but want a “connection”, I think you’ll need more than a connection to get anywhere with that group; they don’t do business with pretentious airheads.

    How funny, look at the comment I just got on my blog…

    The pope’s Urbi et Orbi blessing is *not* given from the window in the Apostolic Palace. It is given from the loggia of St. Peter’s Basilica. If you want to be a Rome “expert”, at the least, check your facts.
